We refer to office as our “bread and butter.” Our first jobs at ARC were office buildouts and they continue to be a large part of our business.

This expanding law office located in a 25 story high rise on the Central Corridor had us connect the suite below them to their existing suite via a cut in staircase. The engineering was challenging but fun! We also updated some of the wallpaper, doors, and lighting during this 60 day build thanks to the annual facilities program “AFP” offered by the City of Phoenix.

Southbank is a group of seven, 100,000 sf buildings controlled by one owner but suited to fit multiple tenants over a 2 year period.  The project started as a major interior and exterior demolition including removing fountains, sprinklers and landscaping. One of the more challenging aspects of this project was the remodel of one of the offices where we cantilevered an upstairs catwalk over the lobby.

Silicon Valley style in Downtown Phoenix! This tech company hired us to build out 6,000 sf of creative office in a grey shell space.

This 50,000 sf TI was a top to bottom renovation on a very tight timeline. Demo, electrical, HVAC, structural, plumbing, and mechanical all completed on time and on budget. We are looking forward to a continued relationship with this client.
